Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Kashmir Agro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care to deliver fresh, authentic, and high-quality products. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or returns are required.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel an order, please contact our support team at info@kashmiragro.com with your order ID.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
2. Returns & Replacement
Due to the nature of our products (food, dry fruits, honey, spices), we only accept returns in cases of:
Damaged, defective, or expired product delivered.
Wrong product received.
To initiate a return, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.
3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially consumed products.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling.
Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
