Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Kashmir Agro, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take utmost care to deliver fresh, authentic, and high-quality products. However, we understand that situations may arise where cancellations or returns are required.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our support team at info@kashmiragro.com with your order ID.

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

2. Returns & Replacement

  • Due to the nature of our products (food, dry fruits, honey, spices), we only accept returns in cases of:

    • Damaged, defective, or expired product delivered.

    • Wrong product received.

  • To initiate a return, please raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund as per your preference.

3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/damaged item).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially consumed products.

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Items returned without original packaging or invoice.
